YURіA-PHARM has a long and successful history of production of plasma expanders used to restore circulating blood volume deficit, correct water-electrolyte and acid-base balance of a wide range of diseases.

This portfolio contains several groups of drugs, including plasma substitutes represented by colloidal solutions based on hydroxyethyl starch, gelatin, complex hyperosmolar solutions, electrolyte solutions, and solutions for buffering and restoring the acid-alkaline balance.

In development – a modern infusion colloidal solution, which is a polymer of urea and polypeptides from denatured gelatin. It has a predictable long-term volemic effect without sharp hemodynamic fluctuations. Adding urea to the gelatin frame reduces the risk of developing adverse reactions from the blood coagulation system, kidneys, and allergic reactions. The drug can be administered in large volumes both as monotherapy and in combination with other drugs (crystalloids).
