Abstract. Coronary artery disease has steadily occupied one of the leading places in the structure of appealability, disability and mortality in cardiovascular diseases.
The paradigm for treating patients with cotonary artery disease has undergone changes associated with the evolution of understanding the pathogenesis of this disease.
