Эндотелит как важный фактор Long COVID и пути медикаментозной коррекции

Резюме: Коронавирусную болезнь COVID-19, ставшую беспрецендетным вызовом глобального масштаба, вызывает воспалительный и протромбогенный возбудитель – коронавирус 2 (SARS-CoV-2), инфицирование которым ведет к развитию тяжелого острого респираторного синдрома [López Castro, 2020; Higgins et al, 2021; Østergaard, 2021].

По состоянию на 14 января 2022 года, подтверждено более 318 млн. случаев заболевания COVID-19; от болезни умерли более 5,5 млн человек [WHO, 2021].

Целью исследования является систематизация и обобщение современных научных данных доказательной медицины по особенностям Long COVID – синдрома и роли эндотелиальной дисфункции в его развитии.

В статье представлены современные научные данные доказательной медицины по Long COVID-синдрому и важности эндотелиита в его течении.

Ключевые слова: постковидный синдром, Long COVID, эндотелиит, L-аргинин, L-карнитин.
